Atlanta Airport International Terminal

Atlanta Airport International Terminal is where all the international flights arrive and depart. It is located on the east part of the airport facilities.

 

The new international terminal opened its gates in 2012, as well as Concourse F, in order to process more passengers. Please note that some of the flights will use both Concourses F or E.

Transfer between terminals

Levels

Atlanta Airport International Terminal consists of the following levels:

 

- First level: Arrivals. After getting to the level, passengers should move to the corridor towards the escalators to the Arrivals level. Once there, proceed to customs and immigration and to the baggage claim area.


- Second level: Departures and ticketing level. Please note that there are available 70 self-check-in kiosks, which lead to the security checkpoint for Concourses F and E. Passengers are also able to reach the Hourly Parking Deck by the exit door 2. Note that TSA security checkpoint 8 lanes belong to passengers with boarding pass to gates on Concourses E and F. Once cleared the checkpoint, it is possible to access to the Transit Hall, where it is possible to access to both Plane Train Station and Concourse F.

 

Services: At the Atrium passengers may find several foods, drink and retail concessions, and also access to the Mezzanine level.

 

- Third level: Mezzanine. This is where the most part of the services is located. Some of them are: VIP lounges, personal services, business services, among others.

 

 

Concourses

Atlanta Airport International Terminal has within its facilities the following concourses:

 

- Concourse E: Concourse E boarding gates are accessible from the centre of the International Terminal. From there, find several services such as food, drink and retail concessions, airline counters and several lounges.

 

Boarding gates: E1 to E37. Please note that close to gate E11 there’s an ATM and a currency exchange booth.

 

Access to the E and F concourses connector from the Arrivals level.

 

- Concourse F: Concourse F is accessible from Atlanta Airport International Terminal; it counts with boarding gates F1-F14.

 

Find all the international arrivals at the first level with separates international baggage claim too close to the information desk and door A1 to A3. Opposite to the baggage claim, find the Concourse F baggage claim straight to the security checkpoint and ground transportation exit, Plane Train Station and to the connector to E and F Concourses.

 

On the other hand, the departures level is home of the ticketing counters close to door D1 to D3. After clearing security, it is possible to get to the Transit Hall and to the Atrium, where boarding gates F1 to F14 are located. From the Plane Train underground tunnel, access to Concourse E, domestic concourses and to the Domestic Terminal.
